Front Porch Christmas Sign

6 foot tall I used vinyl as a stencil for the Merry , then just cut the letters Christmas out with card stock and lightly traced around them and painted freehand . A little distressing fixes all imperfections . Seal it with some poly since it was going to be outside .

No Place Like Home

Young Women's New Beginings . We have a theme of Wizard of Oz going this year . We chose no place like home. Ruby red slippers with chocolate covered strawberries , new beehive baskets with personal progress books and all kinds of goodies ,  a special song and the girls explained the theme to the new girls .

I love Pinterest , I found this craft here . I think It will look real cute on the front porch . I used a 12 x 42in piece of pine . Painted it white , added vinyl as a stencil and painted over it with the blue , then picked off the vinyl .I sanded the board a little just to distress it . Added some fabric banners and a little painted grass .
